Clarifin is a subscription to a financial education platform. You get access to a structured library of video lessons, articles, worksheets and interactive tools covering budgeting, banking, credit reports, debt and saving. You work through it at your own pace for the length of the plan you choose.
Some plans also include a promotional cashback benefit. The subscription and its content are what you are buying; the cashback is a promotional extra attached to certain plans.
What you are buying

Your subscription gives you access to the Clarifin platform for the period covered by your plan. Access begins when your subscription is activated and continues for the full term shown on your order and in your contract.

What the promotional cashback is
The promotional cashback is a marketing benefit included with certain subscription plans. It is not a loan, a cash advance, a line of credit, or any form of financing, and we do not extend credit as part of this program.
You do not pay the cashback back to us. Your subscription payments are the price of the plan you chose and the content and services it includes — they are not repayment of the cashback. No interest is charged in connection with the cashback.
Cashback amounts differ by plan and are shown on the plan comparison and again on your order summary before you confirm anything. Eligibility conditions, the amount, the payment method and the expected timing are set out in the Cashback Program Terms.
Why the plans cost different amounts
Higher plans cost more because they include more: a longer access period, additional modules, and additional services. The plan comparison lists what each tier adds, so you can see what the difference in price buys you.
Before you subscribe
Every price, tax, fee, payment date and cancellation condition is shown on your order summary before you confirm. Nothing is charged until you review that summary and confirm it.
