Cashback Program Terms

Section 1What the promotional cashback is
The promotional cashback is a promotional benefit included with certain Clarifin subscription plans.
It is not a loan, a cash advance, a line of credit, or any form of financing, and it is not the proceeds of any credit granted to you. You do not pay the promotional cashback back to 9574-4702 Québec inc. No interest is charged in connection with it, and no fee is charged to you for receiving it.
Your subscription payments are the price of your plan and of the content and services it includes. They are not repayment of this benefit.
Section 2Which plans include it, and how much
The plans that include a promotional cashback, and the amount attached to each, are shown on the plans page and again on your order summary before you confirm your order.

Amounts differ by plan because the plans themselves differ — in access period, in the content included and in the services included.
Section 3Eligibility
To be eligible you must:
- have purchased a plan that includes a promotional cashback;
- have had your subscription activated;
- be at least the age of majority in your province;
- have given us accurate information and a valid payment destination;
We do not impose eligibility conditions that are not listed here.
Section 4When and how it is paid
The promotional cashback is sent to the destination you provided once your subscription has been activated.
The payment will be identified as Promotional Cashback where our payment provider allows the description to be set.
If a payment fails because the destination details were wrong, we will contact you to correct them and reissue it.
Section 5One benefit per subscription
One promotional cashback is issued per eligible subscription.
Section 6Changes to the program
We may change or end this promotional program for future purchases. A change never affects the promotional cashback attached to a subscription already purchased: the terms that apply to you are the ones shown on your order summary when you confirmed it, and we keep a copy of that version.

We do not provide tax advice. If you have questions about how this promotional benefit should be treated on your own tax return, please speak with a tax professional.
